Free tailored support for London Living Wage employers in Ealing
The London Borough of Ealing is pleased to offer a fully funded business support programme for London Living Wage employers and businesses committed to becoming accredited.
Delivered by the University of West London through the Claude Littner Business School, this programme has been designed to help local businesses strengthen performance, improve resilience and support sustainable growth.
Whether you are looking to improve your marketing, strengthen financial planning, develop your people, embrace digital tools and AI, or improve operational efficiency, this programme provides practical support tailored to your business needs. The programme focus aligns with Ealing Council's ambition to support inclusive economic growth, strengthen social value and promote good employment across the borough.
WHAT SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE?
Participating businesses will receive:
A one-to-one business health check to understand your current situation, identify priorities and develop a tailored action plan.
Access to experienced business advisers who can provide practical guidance and support in areas such as:
