The New Good for Ealing Investors’ Portal

Good for Ealing officially welcomes you to the new Good for Ealing Investors’ portal, a key part of Ealing Council’s new Inward Investment platform.

The portal will be the only online place dedicated to advertising all available commercial space within the London Borough of Ealing.

Through ‘Good for Ealing’ the council is refreshing its approach to inward investment. It is putting in place a more inclusive and proactive approach to nurturing those that currently contribute to and invest in the borough, whilst also showcasing the amazing attributes of the borough’s seven towns to attract new and complementary businesses, developers, and investors to the borough.

The Investors’ portal is a self-service platform for investors seeking to invest in Ealing. This portal will contain details for those interested in investing on:

  • A list of opportunity sites for redevelopment (the site allocation proposed within the new Local Plan)
  • Unoccupied council owned vacant sites and units
  • Unoccupied vacant commercial units for long term lease and occupancy within private developments
  • Unoccupied vacant commercial units for short-term (meanwhile) lease and occupancy
  • Unoccupied retail outlets in town centre and high streets
  • Unoccupied industrial units in industrial areas
  • Unoccupied vacant units for creative and artistic use
  • Available workspace in selected hubs across the borough

This portal presents an excellent opportunity for agents, developments and those owning and seeking to market vacant commercial space in Ealing borough.   The new portal can help market that space to new audiences with the added value that the Good for Ealing team will be focusing on supporting local businesses and communities.

Cllr Peter Mason, Leader of Ealing Council, said; “Investing in Ealing is the obvious choice. We are London’s gateway – situated at the confluence of Heathrow Airport, the Elizabeth Line, and the future High Speed 2 terminus.

“You can be part of helping us get the most out of London’s largest reservoir of industrial land, and work with us to realise the ambitious policies and site development allocations within our new Local Plan, starting by delivering 4,000 genuinely affordable homes and bringing 10,000 new jobs to the borough by 2026.”
