Ealing Council and Ealing’s High Streets Task Force are inviting local event organisers to submit proposals to deliver year-round family-friendly events and activities across one or more of Ealing’s 14 High Streets and Town Centres.
Applications are invited for event and activities to be delivered between November 2023 and March 2025.
Selected organisations will be awarded with grants of up to £5,000 for the delivery of each event.
The events could include theme or fun days, performances and live entertainment to provide an exciting and interactive offer for residents and visitors.
Proposals could include activities to be held across multiple areas, for example: a series of pop-up activities, scheduled to move from one town centre to another, over a programmed time period.
The open events application process will be delivered in two rounds with two deadlines as follows:
First call:
For events to be delivered between November 2023 and March 2024
Launch: Thursday 5th October 2023
Deadline for applications: 5pm on Thursday 26 October 2023
Second call:
For events to be delivered between April 2024 to March 2025
Launch: Monday 19th February 2024
Deadline for applications: 5pm on Monday 8 April 2024
